We recently had a romantic escape to a beautiful guest house in Patagonia. The stunning rooms with minimalistic decor and good heating created a cosy and warm atmosphere. The location was convenient, with a fancy restaurant nearby, and easy access to key spots in the area. We were able to relax in the hot tub and sauna, which were perfect after a day out exploring the natural beauty.

We were disappointed when we realized there was almost no light in the house, the rooms were not properly heated, and there were many flies. We also encountered issues with the shower, which had only cold water and we had to call the owners to resolve. Other services were not available either, and the man who welcomed us did not speak English and made no effort to communicate. the experience was a mixed bag, and we wished everything had been well taken care of.

The place I stayed over Christmas had some good points. It had beautiful decor and comfy beds. And it was located in an area with good restaurants and a lovely view.

The hotel was not worth the money. The staff did not speak English.
